This board was originally made in 1909, played at the Wharton School of Finance, it was played as and called monopoly. In early 1910 it traveled to Altoona, PA; thus, the street names. One can plainly see it's origins from Magie's 1903 Arden design in its space monopolizing letter sequence and the basic layout of the board.
